Starting in July, 2019, I’ll be hosting a “Kyle Walz With Friends” night at Michelle’s Cafe in Eureka, MO. This will be a few times a month with a flexible schedule mostly on Saturdays but sometimes on Fridays. The idea is to have a frequent local event with a wide door open for other performers.
Starting around dinner service, at 5:30 pm central, and ending around 8:30 pm, the plan is that sometime I’ll play the entire time and other times, another performer may take an hour or more and perform solo or alongside me. Of course, other possibilities such as songwriter rounds or other schemes are being discussed. The bottom line is the Michelle’s Cafe is going to be a definite pin on the music map for St. Louis and possible the region.
The first event will be July 19. Each event, I’ll have some trivia or something where patrons may get a free drink or appetizer. Michelle’s Cafe is located in Old Town Eureka, MO on Central Ave. They have regular drink and food specials and the best gooey butter cake you can imagine.
