“Well” Lyric Video Release

“Well” is the first sample based track I produced. The original version of the song was an almost-reggae feeling song and I wanted to try something different for the studio version. Starting with a drum loop and chopping up the sound in a sampler, the beat of the song has some energy and lots of bass. Taking a bass line and putting that sound through a similar process, I had a track with an entirely different feel than the original version. I added guitar and vocals to complete the track.
